Whew!

It was a whirlwind of a day.  It began at 7 am with twin care for Aunt Kate.  Snappy stuck around until about 9 am and Emily was supposed to show up by 10 but after loading her boys and a days worth of "stuff" she discovered that she left her keys at Snappy's last night.  Lots of phone calls and searches later she finally found an extra and showed up to help.  It was a long day that felt like climbing through a tunnel...no wait, the boys really were climbing through a tunnel. 

 While Keagan slept.

 Snappy showed up around two just in time for late afternoon story time and naps.  No, this is NOT a flattering picture - about four chins - but I want to preserve the memory of story time snuggled with Snap Snap.

 Until Griffin and Holden discovered each other and then it was play time.

 And Keagan slept.

 A little Connor and Aunt Kate project was going on (next post will have details) so Snappy was doing her best while Holden stripped his clothes off and Griffin went after Keagan.

 Then Snappy tried to help with dinner.  Keagan is a spit up KING and the only bib I could find said "My First St. Patrick's Day" - got to love that touch.  Don't worry about your foot Keagan...Snappy is a master at working with a baby in her arms.

 And Aunt Kate knows a thing or two about washing dishes with one in hers.

 Dinner and a wonderful Dubost wine and all we can say is "WHEW!"  another day is done.  Thank you, Lord.
