Portlandia the Pig

Curt brought us wild boar which Emily promptly decided we should definitely re-name in a much more Portland way.  So "wild boar" was renamed "family farm raised, organic, free range, grain fed pig"  in other words Portlandia.  Fun Sunday Supper.

C arrived to ask Griffin -"What are you doing in my Snappy's lap?"
Look mom, I can hold Griffin.  Until I was ready to shove him back to Snappy.

Is the dinner ready?  One little boy is !
And the other two were snoozing.

After dinner Snappy and Connor went to tell stories in the hammock.

Till Connor was asleep.
Problem was that Snappy got up and when Connor rolled over 30 minutes later, he fell out!  Sorry Buddy. :(

Busy Night

It is hard to remember to take pics on such busy nights - Connor found his first carrot in the garden.
He also wanted in on the baby snuggling.
Uncle D taught him to play washers - Michael was the undesputed champion of washers, beating every single one of us.
We broke out the Wii for the first time in months and months.
Love these busy nights!

Great Great...

Aunt Kate that is. This great Great Aunt is making the rounds to see all the bambinos. First it was Lily Grace and now it is Holden and Griffin.

Holden just doesn't know what to think.
This little guy did not want to be forgotten so Uncle D practiced his "let's go on an adventure" skills.

Babies from Heaven

Just a few more from our attempts at getting birth announcement photos.  My hats are off to professional photographers because this is hard!

Life Is So Berry Good!

Griffin and Holden were ready for their first trip to Smith Berry Barn and Connor was ready to eat his weight in berries. Dustin was in a raspberry coma.
Connor would eat faster than anyone could pick.
Papa finds a nice quiet row by himself and picks the most.
 What a beautiful summer day.
Snappy and the berry faced boy.
Dustin taking his turn in the shade with a baby.
 Cute, cute Emily and C.

These babies are drunk on sunshine and warm breezes.

Hope Ashleigh enjoyed our Oregon experience.
Love ya Smith Berry Barn.  We started coming here 18 years ago !  It has gotten bigger and better but so have we.
