We have smoked and bbq'd so much but decided that for the 4th we would try a classic...fried chicken. We don't fry very much and we have never fried chicken. Poor Fred, he had to stand over that fryer for a long time in that heat. Pretty sure that was the last time we fry chicken even though it was delicious.
She is a classic too.
