Snappy picked C up from school today and he said that he needed 100 of something for school tomorrow since it was the 100th day of school. When asked what he was thinking of he said he was pretty sure Papa had 100 pocket knives. Snappy was pretty sure that was not what Teacher Mary had in mind but we decided to count anyway! We found 45 in ONE DRAWER! C and Snappy spent all afternoon going through Papa's "junk" drawer (Papa was out of town) and it was so fun. In the end he decided to see if Papa's golf bag had 100 tees which he promptly put into a big piece of foam he found in the garage. Such fun to see his creative mind thinking of doing it his way!
