As if all that running wasn't enough, the boys decided pretty quickly that this was the year to hike to the top of Cape Kiwanda. Emily was barely out of her boot so those lucky girls got to stay at home and watch Snappy almost die in the distance.
Snappy is already a little behind the boys - you know to take pictures.
Headed up 230 feet.
Keagan has hitched a ride. But he is only three. If only Snappy had someone to carry her.
Half way....I really only stopped for pictures.
Seriously people, this is straight up in the sand. So for every step you take forward you slide half way back down in the sand. Griffin I like your hands and knees method.
Getting higher.
Thank goodness, these little kids needed to stop. Snappy is dying.
They made it!
But Snappy is still trying to get up those last few feet. Holden is trying to encourage her.
Oh dear Lord!
Then it is time to RUN down.
Next thing you know the boys are headed back up!
