This was a beginning to what was not a fun time. C had been sick on Wednesday. On Sat. morning at 7 am Snappy got a call to please come get these kids as Emily and Michael had a BAD stomach bug. We went out to breakfast...all was good. We played in the garage....all was good. The boys worked in the yard with Papa....all was good. We ate a great lunch...all was good. Down for naps...all was good. Aunt Liz came over to make pepper jelly during nap time. About 3:30, Connor came down stairs saying "Snappy, you better come upstairs. Keagie is sick." That was the beginning of some gross, gross time that included throwing up in the car as we took him back to his mama.
Emily really wanted us to keep Charlotte and Connor but at midnight Snappy took this poor little girl home. This little diva still nurses all the time and she was NOT happy spending the entire day and then night away from her mama. Connor was happy just hanging out with Papa and Snappy at the healthy house. Whew...this was an exhausting weekend.
