A new Cabelas opened just down the road. That seemed like a perfect outing to Elizabeth-you know just to check out the fish and other cool things.
The back story is that there have been bribes for almost a year to stop Holden's thumb sucking. He used to have his special night-nights which he held and smelled while sucking his thumb. Griffin had a pacifier. They packed up the night-nights and the binkies and left them at the front door for the Binky Fairy to come get them and take them to babies who need them. Griffin was done with his binkie but Holden just switched to his bunny instead of the Night-night and kept sucking that thumb. Those crooked teeth made for the pleas to stop but nothing worked. UNTIL....
While exploring Cabelas he found....
The thing he really really wanted. and he begged and begged and promised he would never suck his thumb again. And he did just that! Good job Holden.
And G was happy too - he got this cute camo moose who shoots his nose off when you squeeze him just for being a big guy.
