Charlotte Anne Humm is finally here. Connor was a week late, Keagan was ten days early and Miss Charlotte arrived right on her due date December 28th. Emily started thinking this might be the day around 3:30 am. She called us at 5:30 - she knows it takes Snappy a long time to get around these days! She said she would call back after talking to the doctor but the next thing we heard was from Michael around 6:45 that they were on their way. Checked in at 7:10 was already at 7 cm, Snappy and Papa arrived at 7:45, Dr, Endo arrived about 7:55 and Aunt Liz arrived at 8:09. Baby Charlotte was here at 8:10. It was one fast delivery. Maybe this girl is going to make getting ready quickly and being on time a lifelong habit!
Snappy's baby girl was simply amazing.
And little CA ( as opposed to the C that is her big brother) is pretty darn perfect herself.
Already working on getting that daddy wrapped around her finger.
Weighed in at 7 lb 8 oz and was 20.75 inches long.
Baby girl, your Snappy had been so worried while we waited on you. I hugged the doctor and declared how happy I was when every one of those little toes were just perfect.
It is not a very good picture but we love this cute Dr. Endo. She started being our family's doctor in 1993. Charlotte was her last baby delivery - bittersweet for her - and Charlotte came so fast she almost missed it!
