Camping in the backyard that is. D got a BIG tent for Father's Day and Saturday night when Snappy and Papa were babysitting C & K we were invited over for the Camp-Out. Ok, we weren't really going to camp but we did set up C's little tent and it took us longer than it took E&D to put up the big one!
While we worked the boys played - this pic is really just to prove that they started off with clothes on.
They had so much fun just being in that big tent. They rolled around in sleeping bags, played with flashlights even though it was still daylight and even played soccer in there! Or was it baseball?
Connor was very serious about it.
G was ready to listen to stories.
H had his flashlight ready.
And while no one ended up sleeping in the tent, everyone had a GREAT camping trip. (Especially Snappy and Elizabeth who were happy with going inside to the bathroom, having a kitchen for food prep and hauling all four boys into the bathtub when it was over. Can't wait to hear about the next real camping trip, can you?
