Doesn't every vacation go like this?
7:30 am - Arrive at the White house to two little boys who are nursing before mama leaves - make that supposed to be nursing, They were quite distracted by Snappy's arrival. Mama left and it was play time and breakfast - rice cereal and butternut squash for Holden and a little extra something (I think mango or papaya or some kind of fruit) Holden now weighs 3 lbs less than Griffin. Backing off on solids for Holden and trying to up the milk. Nursing without the distraction of his brother and extra scoops of formula when he has a bottle. Grow Holdie bug, Grow!
9:00am After breakfast, clothes changes and NO NAP, ,Emily and Connor arrive at the White house to help us pack up. C & I paused for a bit to go watch an actual scooper scoop up dirt and dump it into a dump truck. Really, how can you compare this excitement to something like putting on a tutu or maybe drawing a butterfly? Grandmothers of girls - I know you are jealous.

DEFINITELY A DIFFERENT WORLD WITH BOYS AND GIRLS..IT IS SO FUNNY HOW THE GUYS LOVE THE TRUCKS AND CARS AND ALL THE HEAVY MACHINERY..THAT IS THEIR WORLD,,,,,
