It has been a crazy summer with lots of together time just hanging out. There just hasn't been as many zoo days as usual. Would Snappy have gone along if she knew that the boys just love the SNAKES and could hardly wait to show her?
And while we were all looking at snakes, no one was looking at little miss who was quietly opening the lunch boxes and helping herself to a little pbj.
No napkin of course.
Lions, tigers and bears, oh my! and giraffes, monkey and a very unique elephant experience were all in order. Finally we made it to the cool penguins.
Elizabeth and Snappy were trying to keep up with five kids and this girl in a wheel chair! She could do a little walking on her boot without crutches but NOT all over the zoo. She had lots of requests for riders and pushers. Actually, most of these requests were from Holden and Griffin as the Humm crew is sort of over this whole broken foot thing.
Finally a stop for lunch.
