Pop is Tops!

 Maybe it was because it was Pop's birthday or maybe he is JUST THAT GOOD but somehow he got the Best Babysitter of the Week award.  While Emily has had a hard time with being at work, Connor has loved having a bunch of new faces show up everyday to entertain him.  On Tuesday he had his dad home with him, on Wednesday it was Snappy and raking leaves, playing outside and having a great time, on Thursday Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Katie came to play but Papa got Friday - the first LONG day.  So at 7 am he started with the first of many diaper changes.

Papa got to pick out Connor's clothes...is that a "I LOVE MY DUCK'S" shirt?  Rumor has it that it took a while to get it on.  In fact it took so long, he wondered what Emily would think if she came home and C was still not dressed!  Finally, fully clothed, they spent some time with the Johnny-Jump-Up...

Three bottles, three naps, five diapers and six and a half hours and then some squash and oatmeal...

To top it off, he washed, dried and folded Connor's laundry AND ran the dishwasher.  WOW, no wonder Em says Pop is tops!  Connor and Papa were both in bed by 8:30.  Happy Birthday Papa!
